The WISDOW Returns and Refunds policy

If sadly you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days from the time of purchase, please email us at hello@wisdomcares.com with your full name and order number, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue or processing your return. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded. The products shouldn’t be open and must be conserved in perfect condition (store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight).

 

Exchanges

Please send us an email to hello@wisdomcares.com with your full name and order number, explaining us which product you want to exchange and the reason why. From there we will help resolve the issue.

 

The Return Process

If you aren’t 100% satisfied within 30 days and want to return the purchase please email us at hello@wisdomcares.com. We will start the return process by sending you a pre-paid address label to print. You won’t have any cost of sending for this return.

Please note that you assume any risk of damages, so it’s important to ensure that the product is well packaged and protected.

 

The Refund Process

100% full refund policy. Once our team receives your package, it will take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
