WISDOW TALK | Beatriz Cressoni

WISDOW TALK | Beatriz Cressoni

The native Brazilian Beatriz Cressoni is the founder and designer of CéuLabel, her ideal version of underwear.

Looking for alternatives she was inspired by the centuries-old natural dyeing techniques. Plants have always been ready, willing, and able to cooperate with humanity, so the heart of Bea's creative process has always been to re-create harmony with plants and nature.

Bea or Bia :)

Fashion designer

Tapioca and açai ( a typical brazilian one)

When I wake up, I think of one positive word for the day, then brush my teeth, drink water and always light a candle and incense. It makes me feel connected with the Earth elements. I try to write, but not every day it's possible.

Eat as much raw food as I can, exercise, set an alarm to remember to drink water, and try to have a grateful moment everyday.

Take care of my mind and my body in equilibre.

Hi, Bea, could you tell us a bit about yourself?

I guess the hardest part, talk about myself. I am a creative mind that seeks for knowledge and improvement all the time. I have been studying and working with fashion since always, which is something that I'm passionate about. My purpose is definitely to work with fashion in a more social and natural way, helping people and share joy through the pieces I create.

What makes a perfect morning?

For me a perfect morning is a totally chill morning, to do my little ritual with calm, eat my breakfast, read, write and listen to Brazilian music.

What is your favourite natural plant-dyeing colour?

I have many haha it's hard to pick just one, but I think the Brazilian Wood is the most special, the colour is so unique and joyful at the same time.

Can you tell us more about the meaning of CEU, the name of your brand?

Céu means Sky in Portuguese, my native language. For me the sky's pure poesie, immensity and connection. It's a place that when you look at you feel alive and connected with the whole world.

“SUSTAINABILITY” what does it mean to you?

Sustainability for me is about thinking. The occidental culture teaches us about all kinds of consumerism, buying without thinking, as all was disposable. Think and rethink what we truly need and from where it is coming from, is the key to change our habits and live in harmony.

Who inspires you and why?

Talking about artists, I think the whole Brazilian movement from the 60's called Tropicalia inspires me a lot- the culture, esthetic, music, vibe, everything. In a more personal way, my grandmother definnaly is my biggest inspiration, her personality and values I will keep forever.

What’s the most valuable beauty advice you’ve ever received?

From my mom, to never sleep without cleaning my face.

What does beauty mean to you?

Acceptance without comparison. Sounds cliche but everyone has some kind of beauty, and we need to learn how to love it.

What is your favourite Wisdow skincare product? And why?

Since the beginning I love the tonics so much, I LOVE the Neroli Toner. After washing my face I put it on and it makes me feel so clean and hidrate at the same time, it's perfect.

Thank you for the talk beauty 🧡.
